The facilities were amazing, the view with the lake was unbelievable. And the nearby hiking trails were absolutely stunning; a hidden waterfall was a highlight. The staff was very accommodating.

The room was superb, located next to Lake Rotorua, beautiful view of the lake. Hotel shuttle service from airport to hotel was much appreciated by us. Spacious room, but no cooking facilities. Eaten in the restaurant a few times; Delicious. Spa facial massage was wonderful. Good bus connections to the airport and the inner city.

Perfect location for fishing. Room was spotlessly clean and well equiped. Owner Ken was very friendly and helpful. I would reccomend this venue as it offers excellent value for money..i will return in the future.

Roger and Katz are the perfect hosts! They were so welcoming, and always happy to offer suggestions for our trip. The room was spotlessly clean, the shower was good and the bed was comfortable. There was a choice of excellent breakfasts. The location is great - a short drive or long walk to the centre of Rotorua, but right up against the lake with stunning views (and a kayak to explore the lake!). Will definitely aim to come back if we're in the area again.
