AJs Place is a fantastic stay. Very helpful, friendly staff that help with everything. Organised our shuttle to and from Cebu airport. We came primarily to swim with whale sharks and AJs place is the best place to do that from. Literally 3 min walk to the whale shark swimming. We did 2 sessions with the whale sharks in a single day. The rooms are super clean and all the amenities are great. We want to come back to Oslob and stay at AJs place to swim with whale sharks again.

We spent a week here and got our open water diving licenses with Ben. I felt so safe with Ben, Sonny and Jacob during dives. When I panicked underwater, Ben helped me and calmed me down. He is a very chill but “I got you covered” type of dive instructor. His motto is “Be comfortable”:) As a result, I progressed faster than expected underwater. During my first recreational dive near Sumilon island, I got to enjoy the amazing coral walls, the shark, the sea slugs, the turtle and millions of fishes while in control of my body. Before this, I didn’t even dare to swim in swimming pool. This team is really really passionate about diving, they love it themselves and such love spreads. Also special thanks to Christian, a beautiful and fun girl who took care of us. The chef/driver who drove us to the port to Sumilon island. And to “Nanay”, who’s so charming and cooks so delicious food. Her cooking is fine dining level, with taste, smell and look all amazing. Thanks for opening a new door in my life. I wish when we come back next time, they will have their own boat for diving.

Evelyne and her husband have been amazing with us from the beginning to the end. She organized all the tours that we wanted to do as well as the different transfers. The room has also an incredible sea view and a stunning rooftop

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The location is perfect, with stunning and breathtaking views of the sea. The villa is large and spacious—a true haven of peace combining luxury, modern comfort, and authentic charm. We loved enjoying the many nearby activities: turtles come right in front of the house every day, the diving trip with the whale sharks in Oslob is less than 10 minutes away (they offer the trip in a beautiful Jeepney), the magical waterfalls, and the boat trips to the sandbar at Sumilon. A big thank you to Teza for this unforgettable experience. We will definitely return and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an exceptional stay in Cebu!

Such a lovely hotel, everything is clean and new, breathtaking view from terraces (especially the one on the top) and balconies, clean pool with sea view and super nice staff. All the restaurants and shops are cca 3 km away, so you better have a scooter.

The place: The place was amazing. The location was perfectly positioned only less than 30 minutes away from the whaleshark watching, tumalog waterfalls, and the sumilon island (and the monkey watching, but we didn't go there). The resort was also beautiful. The pool area was very nice and clean, and it was nice to have it facing the ocean. Since the back garden was facing east where, the ocean sunrise views were so beautiful as well! The outdoor patio and seating area beside the pool was a great place as well to hang out as well. The indoor dining area is spacious enough to fit all 11 of us, so it was a comfortable place to have our meals. The rooms were also so comfortable and spacious. Some of the rooms we rented had ocean views as well and made our stay even more luxurious. Everything was nicely laid out and clean, and we felt so at home during our stay in this place. The people: Every staff member was so kind, friendly, helpful, and hospitable. The level of service was excellent. Thank you so much to sir Robert, ma'am, Roda, ate Lin, ate Jenna (included in our group photo), and kuya Anghelito for how you all treated us during our short stay. Special thanks to ate Jenna for the GREAT massages (you get a complimentary massage per room booked)! Special thanks as well, for sir Robert for driving us to and fro. He is one of the owners of the place, but you would never know this as he worked just as hard as everyone else and was always able to adapt to our transportation needs. It's the people that make the place really great, and the staff in RRJ is definitely a perfect example of this!

It was super clean and had everything you needed. Mattress was so comfortable and I slept really well. The host is delightful and very helpful with anything you need. Location is nice - dining area overlooks the sea directly and you can swim from there. I would recommend this place and would stay again for sure.

Reetaurant in the hotel was very good ,big choice of meals and beverages.Situated directly on the Shore which let you swoim any time of the day.
