Very nice all around, great room and view

The rooms were clean and modern. The staff was super friendly and helpful. This was not our first stay at AJ’s Place and it won’t be our last.

Love the room, and especially the nice host. There are hair dryer, TV, refrigerator, full body mirror, sofa, and separation for the shower and toilet. The most important thing is that its price is great for this room and service.

Fe was the absolute kindest. She made sure I was well taken care of and even ensured I had company. She even cooked for me on my birthday! I loved the place especially how close it is to the beach. The free kayak was a bonus. Love the place, the friendly neighbours and company. Fe is an absolute Angel. I will never forget her and JRM place!

The place is shiny clean, linens smells clean and feels clean. AC works great. Room is roomy and a perfect budget hotel. Free coffee in every lounge area. Very nice and accomodating owners.

This hotel is one of the most beautiful hotels we stayed. The view of the hotel was amazing, that as you exit your room, you can see the ocean in front of you and you can watch the beautiful sunset. Breakfast is not free as well as dinner but they have a restaurant, which is not expensive but high quality, we enjoyed our meals in the hotel restaurant. Room was very clean and spacious. Special thanks to hotel staff, they were very nice and helpful. In Oslob, visitors are not bound to hotels because there are many activities around. Very well known is swimming with whale sharks and this hotel is very close to this activity, less than 15 mins. Tumalog falls (10 mins) and monkey watching point (few mins) is very close too. Tumalog falls was closed because of low water level and for monkey watching you would visit earlier than 10 am. There are many waterfalls and many activities around Oslob and hotel provides assistance to all of them. It is also very close to town center too, this is important because there is a big pharmacy in case of need and a 7-eleven store in the town center, there is also a big open market, you can buy fruits. Although the hotel restaurant's food was very nice, if you want to taste something different you can try Le Bistrot Restaurant in the town center, it was very nice too, try mai mai fish with lemon and butter sauce. In order to arrive, you will get a bus from south bus terminal of Cebu, towards Oslob, it will take around 4 hours or less, and you will get off just in front of the hotel, you can return to Cebu same way, you can get the bus in front of the hotel. I think it was around 275 pesos. You can also get this bus to go to town center for 20 pesos, or you can use tricycles. The price of this hotel may be some higher than some hotels around this area, but it is a very reasonable price, and it is very clean and comfort as well as safe hotel with so friendly staff. It is a perfect choice for 2-3 nights stay in Oslob.
