Located in Vieques and with Esperanza reachable within a few steps, Waterside Inn has a restaurant, non-smoking rooms, free WiFi and a bar. Bioluminescent Bay is 2.2 miles from the hostel.

Couldn't ask for anything more. Stayed in a private room with own bathroom. great shower and comfy bed. I think the guesthouse has recently been refurbished to only have private rooms. Perfectly located at the edge of the main strip. Lots of bars and restaurants within a few mins walk. Golf cart rental just down the road. Wild horses visit and a really sweet black cat roams the courtyard. Lazy jacks bar next door is convenient and do great burgers. Friendly locals. Would definitely stay again.

Great location. Good restaurant below. Lovely outdoor area. Comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff. Based on my limited knowledge, this seemed to be the best spot on the beach. Truly incredible stay here.
