Flawless experience! Everything was fantastic, from the check in lady ( i think her name was Habi) she was very nice, super fast and very accommodating! She even took the time to get me a room with a very nice view! Also the concierge, the lady of the tours desk, Chathu the beach attendant and the boy that was in charge of the cleaning (room 1140) Honestly a very satisfactory stay. I definitely come back.

The staff were incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable—nothing was ever too much trouble for them. They were especially great with children, making my son feel welcome and cared for throughout our stay. We chose the half-board option, and the cuisine was excellent, with a wide variety of meals to choose from every day. Basically everything exceeded our expectations.

The personal is extremely friendly, helpful, attentive, very polite. The entire staff goes out of their way to satisfy guest. It was the best thing I did when I chose your amazing hotel to celebrate my bridal shower. The hospitality, preparation and everything was way better than I expected.
