For starters, the most comfortable bed! Really had a good night sleep. It truly is a paradise with the gardens and the restaurant. The staff is really friendly and service is great.

The rooms are big and comfortable, the bathroom is fully equipped, including the hair dryer. Everything is clean and the stuff is very helpful. The location is great. There's a beautiful view on the lake. The breakfast were amazing, with many choices even for people who can't consume any lactose. There's a soy milk option which made my day. The swimming pool is clean. I would definitely return back.

The view from the balcony and restaurant is beautiful, and the gardens immaculate. I found this hotel very relaxing, comfortable and friendly.

WONDERFUL PARADISE IN THE HEART OF RWANDA. Definitely it was the best choice. After a long trip we couldn't imagine how beautiful and relaxing this piece of paradise is. Everything was PERFECT, all details were absolutely cared for: Spacious room in an individual home with very elegant and local decoration. Best bathroom ever!! Huge bed, super comfortable. Amazing view to lake from the room. Wonderful terrace to enjoy a cup of coffee. The garden, the beach was extremely cared and clean. Breakfast and dinner was unbelievable. The staff was SUPER SUPER NICE, they helped with EVERYTHING. And the owner, such an impressive woman in charge of Paradise. Firstly, of the last 10 km offroad, only last 2 kms is really bad..but still manageable..can be done via 2wd also, but not in rainy or muddy season. Now coming to the property, its really a hidden paradise..the moment you enter you are mesmerised by the views of the lake and serenity around..rooms are large, spacious and self sufficient with fridge, kettle, tea etc. The owner Philipe, is really a gentleman and a great story teller..u can talk to him for hours without getting bored..all the staff is really nice and the chef cooks amazing meals...there are many activities also that can be donesuch as kayaking, boat tripa to nearby islands etc, or jst swim in the lake in case u dnt want to do anything.. If given a chance, would love to stay here more frequently.
