Wonderful hotel with several pools and lots of activities. The staff is amazing, and always smiling and helpful. The all inclusive buffet had a high quality and offered lots of different options for every meal. Everything was kept clean and in good order. There were several activities to chose from every day, from kids club, to sports to walking and also excursions. We loved all of it but the most amazing thing was probably the staff: everyone seemed genuinely happy to work there and took care to smile and talk (even the cleaning staff, something that isn't always the case). Special shout out to the kind lady doing the breakfast eggs that remembered our daughters every morning - they were so happy and proud. The cute cats that roamed the area was an added bonus - it was so nice to see that they seemed to be taken care of.

We hope to see more offers like this one on booking.com nothin to say expect a big thanks to the owner which accepted to let us have a free additionnal night when we were left broke with no money and wanted to extend our stay we were surprised that they just let us take an additionnal night at no cost practically. Bug up to them also to the guardian that is always present to help and to look for our safety in security always aware of our surrounding u can feel at home easily even better than home at one point. 🥰

Great hotel. Very relaxing few days had. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food buffets, something for everyone all fresh and warm. The staff were beyond helpful. Fun activities at night. Perfect location. Highly recommended!

The établissement is beautiful, modern with a touch of traditional. The location is amazing only a couple of walking minutes away from the port of Yasmin Hammamet. The staff and the service in general is exceptional. From reception, portiers, security, guest relations to restaurant staff they are all amazing - always with a big smile on their faces and very helpful. Our room was huge and more than perfect for our family (we were upgraded for free to a two room suite with a gorgeous view over the pool side). A special thanks to the chief of Animation who was very helpful, always present and played the best music in the evening!
