Everything was perfect! The location is very close to the beach- the nicest beach in Nungwi. Max and Elena are very nice, they helped us with tours organisation and anything we needed. The staff is very helpful and nice. Breakfast is good and tasty, also the food here is very good and affordable. We loved our stay here at Babalao Bungalows. I highly recommend staying here.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The property is located right on a beautiful sandy beach with crystal-clear turquoise waters, making it the perfect spot to relax. The room was spacious and exceeded my expectations, and the bathroom was equally roomy. The water pressure was great, and I had a lovely sea view from the balcony. Internet was fast and reliable throughout my stay, which made working remotely a breeze. Plus, the hotel has a generator, so there were no issues with power outages. During the day, I enjoyed working in a quiet, shaded area of the hotel, and in the evenings, I dined on fresh seafood with wine right on the patio by the sea—such a special experience. The owner was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing a detailed note with local price tips to avoid being overcharged, and sharing some great information about the island. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing, stress-free stay with good service and a beautiful setting!

We had a lovely stay at African Bungalows in Nungwi! The staff were friendly and attentive without being intrusive, and it was great to see the owner around, always making sure everything was just right. We highly recommend staying at Semih's! The room has everything you need, well working air conditioning and wifi. Very good breakfasts, restaurant with rooftop terrace is very cool. It is close to the beach. If you have any problems, you can report them to Semih and he works quickly to solve them, he is very friendly and cares about the comfort of his guests. We stayed in several places in Zanzibar and this one was certainly our favorite :)

A nice, clean cosy place, in the main road yet very quiet. It is easy to access Nungwi and Kendwa beach from there. I felt comfortable throughout my stay and the owner and staff made sure I was from the moment I arrived until I left. Everything worked well. I loved the garden area and enjoyed having breakfast from there every morning.

This amazing hotel is the picture perfect of Zanzibar! It's one of those hotel that you drive up to and say "Wow"! I'm so happy that I got to stay here!". Our villa 205 was with a direct view of the sea. The villa was large, nice and comfortable; we got a fantastic swim pool, private beach double shower, a good sized bathroom. The beach fantastic and the sea so fabulous! The food and the service room was good standard, the customer service was great and meticulous, Mr Harry was very professional and always available to help us! This is a paradise place to stay and forget all your troubles.
