It is easy and pleasant to go and have a swim at the hotel beach (even though there is a road to cross). We were visiting Cooperstown and decided to stay outside the town. The room was clean, comfortable, affordable, and we had a lovely view of the lake. Our room was on the end closest to the road with a little private patio. The staff were very kind and welcoming. Beautiful grounds with a beach, great decks and wonderful lobby area with game. I wish we were staying longer so we could have enjoyed the property more. The staff was amazing and very friendly. The views from the second story rooms were amazing.
