Everything about this hotel was perfect, even from before we got there. Hotel transfer was organised for us, no stress, When we arrived in the evening we were greeted by Ogi, arguably the best hotel manager in existence. On top of upgrading our room, Ogi was more than willing to help out with anything and everything, everything he suggested was fantastic from dinners to activities. We even decided to stay another night which he organised no hassle. All of the rest of the staff were also amazing and made us feel at home. Our room was fantastic, air conditioning worked well, nice and comfortable. Location was perfect too with plenty of restaurants around and old town a short walk away. And the buffet breakfast! Such great variety and had a slight variation each morning so didn’t become boring like alot of other hotels that offer a buffet breakfast. Pool was great, but note that the sun goes behind the building from mid afternoon so make the most of sunbathing on the sunbeds before then. Still nice for relaxing once the sun is gone though!
