The accommodation features a shared kitchen, a shared lounge and currency exchange for guests. Basically everything. Really clean and tidy hostel. The staff was so helpful and friendly. Big thanks to Kristo, Angelo and Alex. And there's also a complimentary breakfast. I extended my stay for another 2 days after my first reservation.

It's very stunning. Seems still like a new place, everything seems clean. Parking on site, private. Easy access to the hotel from the main road. Communicative service. The service was very friendly. Room was good, had a terrace with a view of the water. Breakfast included was good with many options, again in a room with an amazing view. There is a dinner menu, at an additional cost, but it's nice to have that option in the evening so you don't need to drive into the town. Lovely public terrace to sit and watch the sunset. Bar also available all day. 5 minute drive into the beach with restaurants and bars. We loved our stay.

There's also a parking spot which is very helpful if you rent a car

Also the service of the personal was very nice and kind.

Prime Location: Located a few steps from Ksamil Beach 9, the hotel is highly rated for its family-friendly atmosphere, beach access, and scenic views. Nearby attractions include the Blue Eye and Butrint National Park. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful — they gave us great suggestions around the city, which led us to an amazing dinner and cocktails. The room was clean, modern, and spacious. The hotel is new, secure, and in a great location close to everything. We also really enjoyed the generous and delicious breakfast.

This hotel has a private beach area. A range of activities are offered in the area, such as snorkelling, windsurfing and diving. Kuzum Baba is 8 km from Hotel Picasso, while Independence Square is 9 km from the property. The view on the water and the lovely private beach only a few steps away will bring you here year after year! This time I also paid attention to the amazing art collection by 80 Albanian artists hanging up all over the hotel! It’s such a beautiful little hotel and my kids love it too. This year there’s even a shallow kids pool that my kids loved so much they refused to come out. Next time we will also plan day trips to Dukat and other little towns nearby. Cannot wait to be back.
