From outside the apartments looked like nothing special but when you walk inside you realise how nice it is for budget accommodation. A very big clean space equipped with everything you require. Luckily we stayed here when we encountered 36 hours of torrential rain. Access to Netflix & other movies. Niki was away at the time but his extended family made sure we were okay & we had everything, they even offered to drive us to the market so we didn't get wet. Once the weather cleared there were pushbikes & paddle boards etc to use. Also everything you need was close by. Meeting the family as well as Niki when he returned was really was one of our highlights staying on Aitutaki.

Close to Arutonga for shops, takeaways and Scuba diving at 'Bubbles Below'. Take a trip on a Sunday morning to one of the local churches to listen to the harmonious Polynesian Choirs, it's incredible. Perfect sea in every possible shade of blue, soft white sand beaches and amongst some of the most amazing dive sites on planet earth. Napoleon Wrasse, Eagle Rays and Hawksbill Turtles, The reef system will stay etched in my mind forever. Perfect for solo travellers wanting to meet like minded people and wishing to get away from the more touristy side of the Pacific, Aitutaki Budget Accommodation is the only place to go! We have the feeling to be alone in paradise. Each room has access to the beach. We have our own bicycles, canoe, paddle. We have access to the best lagoon of Aitutaki, with cristal clear water. We can go by ourses to other islands with our canoe. We can see turtles not far from the bungalows. Staff people are very kind. A particular thanks to Padi the driver, Mere from the restaurant, Kavita at the front desk. We’ll come back again for sure ;-)

The manager Mere, has thought of every little detail to make your stay a wonderful experience. Great communication and attention to detail with a personal warm greeting on arrival.
