Perfect location, great breakfast with a view& fabulous staff. Especially Jimmy at night shift helped us early in the morning to get transported to airport.

We had a great stay. Stayed one night before going to the Termales for a day, and it was the perfect location for that. The staff gave us a warm welcome, the room was a good size and very clean, and the hotel felt secure. We ate dinner at the pizza place downstairs which was great, but there was also a food market on the roof terrace! Overall great location and great value for money :-)

The whole experience was great, We were 8 friends from London. This hotel is located in a beautiful and quiet place, with spectacular views, excellent service as well as its accommodations for all tastes. the people here go above and beyond. Many thank you to Jorge Ivan, Ramiro, Kevin, Manuel, Jenny, Julian and Ana maria. they were some friendly and helpful during our time there. We highly recommended this hotel for a very relax holiday watching the sunset with your own firepit in your room.

The staff was very friendly and service minded. This is a perfect location if you are looking for rural experience lovely scenery and fresh air. My family had a great time with the activities around.
