If Paradise has a name it is Hotel Indigo Bintan Lagoi Beach. Especially the staff is wonderful and so friendly it makes you want to hide from the evil world outside and stay there forever. Excellent choice of local and international food, great swimming pools with, one of my favorite things of all time, a swim-up-bar, very luxurious room with a big balcony, an ocean view and a quiet pleasant airconditiong system.

At the accommodation, rooms are equipped with a seating area. Mutiara is one of those places you just keep coming back to- it’s a gem of kindness and beauty in the midst of raw nature! The staff is incredibly kind, food is full of flavor and color, huts are clean and cozy, massage is the best I ever had, and yoga directly in front of the sea was unforgettable!

The room was amazing, a really good size, very comfortable and the bathroom was huge. We had our own private pool which was a total luxury. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The food was delicious, and the facilities great.

I had no idea they’ve been around for 10 years and to have a solid 9/10 rating says a lot! Hard to downgrade from that experience. Even when the weather was a bit gloomy if it doesn’t ruin your relaxation, you know the property is delivering exceptionally.

Located about a 20-minute away from Tanjung Pinang city centre, Trikora Beach Club offers an eco-friendly beachfront accommodation with free WiFi access in public areas of the property and free on-site private parking for guests who drive. I had made a special request that was accommodated and successful. After looking at other resorts in Bintan during my visit I felt Trikora Beach Club and Resort was definitely the best choice. The location was excellent, the access to private beach was beyond expectations. The beach was beautiful and clean. the grounds were kept well, the room was very comfortable and the staff were very attentive and courteous. We felt welcomed from the beginning to the end. The resort had great food options, beautiful pool and sitting areas to enjoy the time there. It made my vacation extremely relaxing and beautiful. I made incredible memories staying at Trikora Beach Club and Resort. I would highly recommend this to anyone that is looking for an excellent vacation in Bintan.

All rooms will provide guests with air conditioning, a safety deposit box and a flat-screen TV. We had the most wonderful weekend celebrating our mom’s birthday at this resort. From the moment we made our booking, the staff was incredibly attentive—communicating with us promptly and politely via WhatsApp, making sure every detail was in place. They went above and beyond to make the celebration feel personal and special, including decorating my parents' room and surprising them with a cake and a heartfelt card. Throughout our stay, their attentiveness never wavered. They remembered our room numbers, brought us towels right after every swim without us even needing to ask, and always made us feel cared for without ever being intrusive. The resort itself is stunning—the beach house offers breathtaking views, especially at sunrise and sunset. The design and layout of the rooms are beautiful, cozy, and thoughtfully done, creating the perfect setting for both relaxation and celebration. We also really enjoyed the free kayaking, which added a fun and active touch to the trip! My entire family thoroughly enjoyed our time here, and we left with nothing but positive memories. We would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for a meaningful, peaceful, and beautifully curated getaway. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

The resort has a private beach area and water sports facilities, and guests can enjoy Indonesian and western cuisine at the buffet-style restaurant. Free WiFi and free private parking are available on site. The entire weekend was excellently managed. The staff were extremely helpful and eager to accommodate all our requests. The food was also great.

Beautiful hotel, a big, modern room with lovely furniture and great lighting. The bed was exceptionally comfortable with the best pillows. The food with local ingredients and local dishes was amazing. Plenty of choice. Staff are super friendly and happy. Prices are very fair - we wished we'd booked to stay longer.

Beautifully appointed rooms, with a back to nature feel. The staff are all amazing, helpful and always smiling. The location is just stunning, we wish we were there for longer!!
