We spent 2 days for my partners birthday and they set up the room beautifully with decorations on the bed and wishes for him. The staff are beyond accommodating and always smiling. We loved everything about our stay there and really wish we could have extended it. Highly recommend if you're looking for a true treat for the senses.

The location is grat, with a very nice pool facing the sea. Facilities are very nice and the best thing were their staff. Very friendly, attentive and always taking care of you. The vibe there is cool and chill , making you feel very relaxed. Every day there are promos for lunch or dinner so invites you to stay at the hotel. They are also arranging any excursion/activity you would like to do. We definitely be back if we visit Gili air and will try other hotels from the group. . Loolking around the island, I could say that this is the best hotel. Special mention to Rosie and Jan, always taking care of us.
