Ronald organised a lot of good activities for us and showed us around many different places on the island. The rooms had air conditioning and the breakfasts provided were yummy - Ronald always asked if there was anything specific we would like. We were able to organise bikes directly through the accomodation as well as car transport if we needed. Odilia, who also works at the villa, was very kind and helped with anything we needed. One of the people in our group had a birthday and they organised a cake and Ronald even bought a gift for her. Overall it was a great stay.

Her omelet and banana pancakes are delicious. Overall this place is great and will make you want to stay longer. Enjoy the 20seconds walk the mesmerizing Pasir Panjang.

The hotel was modern and had all the facilities to accommodate foreign travellers. The atmosphere was so welcoming and the service was exceptional. Communication from the time of booking and the special request I made was catered for and quick communication from the hotel which was the wow factor. The breakfast had a nice variety and freshly made omelette with a choice of ingredients. The staff were brilliant, always smiling and always want to make sure you have a great stay whilst in their care. I highly recommend the pick up and the drop off service to the airport or port which is very reasonably priced and hassle free. The big bonus for me was everyone spoke good English which made life easy when communicating your needs. I would also like to say a BIG THANK YOU to Joan on reception who had a very cute and lovely smile when you interacted with her. She also very kindly help book our onward journey to the next island I visited because the host at the resort I wanted to go to did not speak English. Joan made all the arrangements and again with a smile. Not only Joan but all the staff went the extra mile to make sure my stay at the City Hotel was pleasant. Thank you very much for your hospitality and I can see why this hotel is so popular with guest (local and foreign)

The hotel has an outdoor swimming pool and a concierge service. I like that the hotel had a nice view but kind of blocked from the facade just a little bit. The area is centered I guess but I'm not really liking the way to get to the lobby. It is on the car parking. It was ok. Lobby can be nicer or I should say reception area. It wasn't as welcoming the vibe. Food and service was great staff is really nice. Souvenir shop is really nice too
