There is free private parking and the property features paid airport shuttle service. The location is absolutely amazing and so are the staff. We couldn't speak Spanish and the staff were extremely accommodating. They set up a WhatsApp group which makes everything extra smooth. The staff were helpful in booking taxis (and translating our needs for various stops to the drivers). Highly recommend availing of the kayaks (free) and jet ski to see more of the lagoon. We walked along a lot of the lagoon and visually seemed to be by far the best location to stay.

Wonderful newly furnished property right on the lake. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful and couldn’t do enough to make our stay enjoyable. The ability to book the palapa for a private meal on the lake was a huge highlight for us. The food was also absolutely delicious - expect fine dining!

Featuring a garden, the 5-star hotel has air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, each with a private bathroom. Private parking is available on site. Everything. I cannot recommend Habitas enough. The rooms, the beds, the breakfast, the location, the staff and even the other travelers (mostly) were wonderful. There are activities every day and I took full advantage of everything. Yoga, sound paths, mezcal tasting. It’s an easy way to meet other travelers especially if you’re traveling alone.
