Walking distance from the main street and the beach, but really quiet. Good breakfast, reliable WiFi, and friendly staff. They helped us to book a transfer to Cebu city and had option to rent a motor bike at the hotel. The room is very comfortable, with a living room, a varanda at the front and a balcony at the back with clothes line.

We really liked the location of the hotel a bit further away from the very busy parts of town, but close enough to reach the center and beach in about 10 minutes by tuktuk. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, breakfast was delicious and it was great to have a swimming pool.

We stayed in the tree house for 6 nights.It has something unique,something special, something from the old ages.Wonderful view of the ocean,very very green.Christina and Bill are very accomodating,friendly and kind.Santiago is 15 minutes walk from the property where you can find restaurants.You can bring your own supplies and cook your own food surrounded by the nature.

I will repeat for sure. Very helpful staff, very good room, aircon was working perfectly, water pressure the best I have gotten in an island so far. Wifi always working. Price I paid for the room was really good. Everyone was very helpful, they rented me a scooter and the prices were better than any other place. The location is very convenient as well.
