Very close to the beach (5 min walk), multiple grocery stores in the area, plenty of ubers - a drive to Old San Juan is 10min without traffic!

We booked 1 hour in advance (at 6PM) and checked in at 7PM. Everthing was clean and perfect. the host was amazing, she was super helpful and flexible with our travel needs. the house also was super refined with all comfort: airco, tv, ,comfy sofa, snacks, super tech and modern appliances and in super safe building with a code gate. Additional plus there is a private parking that saved us from paying expensive parking in San juan
