The new Outrigger Khao Lak Beach Resort – SHA Plus is an absolute beachfront property situated on Bangsak beach, a long stretch of coastline off the Andaman Sea, just a 90 minute drive from Phuket International Airport. We loved everything about this hotel. The room, the facilities, and the location, but I would like to highlight the staff and especially Activation Manager AU, Thai-boxing instructor SA, the amazing girls in the kid's room: Prae, Kook, Aommy, and TUM, and the boys at the beach. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming during our entire stay. We would recommend it and hope to come back soon!

The Malila offers international food by the beachfront with views of the open kitchen where guests can enjoy fresh seafood dishes. This property was outstanding, the beach was clean and beautiful, the common areas were well maintained and orderly and our room was spotless. The staff was also very welcoming and helpful!

Situated on the Andaman Sea’s white-sand Khao Lak Beach, this Thai-style resort offers bright rooms with free WiFi access. Five restaurants and three bars are located on site. The resort boasts a 3.2 km lagoon pool. Beautiful property. And the staff was exceptional. Housekeeping was soo prompt and cleaned our room almost 3 times a day. They also were very good and provided ample water in the room and any amenities we needed. Food was superb at all the restaurants.

A beautiful and calm place, located away from the main road and right at the beach. Felt a bit like being in the jungle (in a good way), because there are a lot of trees on the property. The staff was outstandingly friendly and kind. I got a free room upgrade and prolonged my stay. The food at the hotel’s restaurant was fantastic. Nice big pool. Dive schools are in walking distance. Good location to do day trips (e.g. diving) with pick up from the hotel.

All guest rooms at the accommodation come with a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a safety deposit box. It’s clean, nice pool area, and the Gigi restaurant is very good. Staff were great from the gate through cleaner.
