This is a perfect hotel. It has everything that is described but it is of higher quality and more beautiful. The rooms are gorgeous, unbelievably comfortable bedding, lots of hot water, fabulous bathtub. I changed from a pool view as I prefer to wake to weather and I was thrilled with my balcony views. The staff are so so amazing. Beyond charming is a genuine way. Breakfast is really great, especially for us with gluten and other issues, always lots of excellent food. I cannot praise this hotel any higher. If they made one mistake it is that beside the bed draws rather than tables would be better, but, I will always stay in this hotel when I am in Hoi An

Fairly quiet and calm, with a beautiful garden and nice rustic bungalow with awesome decorations. We loved everything, our only regret is we didn't stay longer. Tasty breakfast served at a nearby restaurant. We were slightly worried because of some of the reviews mentioning rats etc, but didn't need to worry. There is a lot of nature around so it is obvious there will be creatures, but this was not at all disturbing, there are no rats running around! Very good atmosphere in general, special thanks to Luna!

Nice swimmable serviced beach (soil erosion is evident) is across the street and there are 2 swimming pools on the premises. Great shuttle back and forth into Hoi An. Front desk staff was extremely helpful. Great buffet breakfast and omelet bar. Appealing outdoor dining area. .

The breakfasts are great and i feel it's so it's very good for value. I would definitely stay again. Thank you for giving me such a joyful time at your homestay.

Best way to wake up in the morning with that gorgeous smile 😊 our room was very clean and everything they wash smells SO GOOD - I’m literally still enjoying my laundry from there. The location is great and if you ever need any ride just tell Quoc and he will organise everything super duper fast. We can’t wait to back and stay with Quoc’s family again ♥️

It was easy to see that this is one of the newest and most well-kept places on the island — everything felt so fresh and modern, yet still cozy and welcoming. Our room was perfect, with big windows that offered the best of both worlds: ocean views on one side and peaceful forest views on the other, where we even spotted some adorable monkeys! Our host was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. He made everything so easy — we rented both scooters and snorkelling gear directly through him, which made our island adventures super convenient. Highly recommend staying here if you visit Cham Island — beautiful place, great service, and a truly relaxed atmosphere.
