I think it’s the best place to stay if you have a layover in Erevan. The hosts are very nice and helpful, the rooms are clean, the food is very delicious. Sarkis will pick you up from the airport and bring you back. The drive is short and straightforward with no busy traffic. All safe and sound! Highly recommended!

A visit to the Cathedral of Etchmiadzin – the spiritual center of the Armenian Apostolic Church – is highly recommended. The site is deeply moving and rich in history. The nearby ruins of the Zvartnots Temple are another architectural gem worth exploring. Yerevan is easily accessible and offers a wide range of attractions, including the History Museum, the Cascade with its modern art and panoramic city views, and the Armenian Genocide Memorial at Tsitsernakaberd. A very pleasant place to stay. We stayed in a small cottage with a private bathroom and kitchenette. The owners were very kind and offered us the option to have dinner there, which we gladly accepted – and we were not disappointed. The vegetarian meal we had was absolutely delicious. The accommodation is located close to Mount Aragats and the Amberd Fortress, and Yerevan is also not too far away.

Very clean territory, hospitable owner, there is a swimming pool, sauna. Place is dogfriendly - we were with an adult retriever. Beautiful view of the mountains, many fruit trees - in the middle of the day you can hide in the shade of the garden.
