Upon arrival we felt completely at ease, Michaela and Martin are both excellent hosts, really really fantastic. Both enormously friendly and caring. Everything is clean and taken care of to perfection. Breakfast was top-notch every day, something you don't often see at big hotels. With the skibus you can get to the slopes very easily and quickly and cost really no effort. I would recommend this stay for everyone, Michaela and Martin thanks for your good care and attention for us we will come back 100%, you are fantastic🤩🤩

located in a beautiful spot just outside Gerlos and away from all other dwellings. This is a really traditional family owned and run Gasthof and is the epitome of “gemutlichkeit”. Ate a really great meal here in the evening and breakfast was fantastic. Owner is a really kind old grandma and nothing was too much trouble. Rooms were clean and comfortable with the most powerful shower I’ve ever experienced. will definitely return for a longer stay

**Excellent value for money.** We were two families, a total of eight people plus a dog. The rental price was very reasonable. This offer was the best we found and simply unbeatable. Because of that, we could easily “forgive” a few minor shortcomings, which we considered insignificant for this price. On top of that, the location is almost perfect — close to the most popular tourist attractions.

Breakfast was great with plenty of choices, hot and cold selection too. The apartment is just a few steps from the ski lift and Spar is next door and it has private parking place that is a real bonus. Everything is in walking distance shops, cafeterias, restaurants. The rooms are spacious and very clean, ideal for families, even with teenagers. Owners are really nice people and helpful with any requests.

We came by car, it was easy to navigate to find their hotel and parking. The view is amazing, rooms are big, breakfast is tasty. What we really liked is silence during the night, it's a small village not far away from the main road, but enough to avoid its noise. We'll come back several times for sure.
