this accommodation was excellent. it was clean, inviting and extremly comfortable. The breakfast was very good, simple but very good quality and for a continental breakfast (including freshly cooked eggs to your preference) there was plenty to fill you up.

Very clean and convenient. The accommodation has everything you need, a guest kitchen and a ski storage room with a heated ski boot rack. The highlight is our host. She is very welcoming and kind, and she doesn't hesitate to get out of her way to help us make the most of our stay. She even prepared a sit-in breakfast 45 minutes earlier than usual, to suit our schedule. Only regret is we couldn't stay longer.

Many many good things. Very friendly at the reception. Very nice to have a terrace with excellent views. The included "summer card" is a great idea because you get free access to around 60 things, including Krimml Waterfalls and Grossglockner scenic road.

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Lovely room with a balcony. Superb views onto surrounding mountains and valleys. The food was excellent quality with generous portions. There are lovely seating areas outside (covered and uncovered). With such good food and a bar on-site we didn’t need to go anywhere else. The receipt for the stay also gives you a 2 day free pass to the waterfalls. There is secure storage for bikes too. Beds are super comfy and the breakfast was the best we’ve had on our cycle tour.

Room was big enough with plenty space in wardrobes for 4 of us. Separate toilet and bathroom. Every day cleaning service. Food was amazing. Breakfasts was nice. Very good atmosphere there. In total we had nice stay.

**Excellent value for money.** We were two families, a total of eight people plus a dog. The rental price was very reasonable. This offer was the best we found and simply unbeatable. Because of that, we could easily “forgive” a few minor shortcomings, which we considered insignificant for this price. On top of that, the location is almost perfect — close to the most popular tourist attractions.

    It's pretty calm area, the room was great and clean. There was a very new cland clean private bath and toilet in the room as well. The host was also very welcoming and asked us when do we want to have our breakfast. The breakfast was also ok 👍

    The room is spacious, warm and clean. There is even provision of tissue paper. Plenty of sitting area. Landlady is very warm and welcoming. Free parking at the property. Generous spread and portion of breakfast, mainly cold selections and with a fried egg, tea or coffee. It’s 10 minutes drive from the Krimml Waterfalls. Surrounding is peaceful and quiet. Plentiful of fresh air.

    We got a double room with a private bathroom. It was really clean and comfortable. The view was amazing. There was a variety of options for the open buffet breakfast. Very quiet. Close to the Krimml and Habachtal, where we did a lot of hiking with amazing waterfalls views. Suggested reaching out by car or taxi.
