We came to Austria for skiing and had a great experience in de Leopoldhof hotel. Beautiful spa, very comfortable apartment, nice staff and great service. Hotel is located in beautiful nature next to the lake. I could imagine it’s also very nice during summer.

The apartment had absolutely everything that we could've wanted. Extremely well furnished with beautiful crockery, great views. Host very friendly and responsive, accommodating to our requests also. In the summer there are many insects, but one of the windows had an insect screen so we could still enjoy the breeze without getting bitten - this is the kind of attention to detail you can expect from this place! Extremely affordable for such a lovely apartment. Access to bus 150 (direct to Salzburg/ Bad Ischl) from the main road is convenient. As this property is located within Salzburg province, we had the guest mobility ticket for free public transport within Salzburg.

We loved the place, surrounding, room and design. So cosy and homy feeling. Nadja (manager) was very nice and helpful, advised us all we needed. Spotless clean, warm wooden interiors. Lovely breakfast (for me as vegetarian she made eggs and extra fruit and salad). Lovely espresso. Mountains to climb just behind the house. What else you need?

Nestled in a very calm part of the landscape, this familly managed accommodation offers a serene and peaceful environment that is perfect for relaxation. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the cleanliness of the room. Every corner was spotless, and it was clear that great care is taken to maintain high standards of hygiene. The room was not only clean but also very comfortable, making it a perfect home away from home. One of the highlights of my stay was the outstanding kitchen. The meals prepared here were exceptional, with a wide variety of delicious dishes that catered to all tastes. Whether it was breakfast, or dinner, the quality of the food was consistently high, and it truly added to the overall enjoyment of my stay. Overall, the quality of accommodation at Landhotel Hochlackenhof is top-notch. The combination of a tranquil setting, immaculate rooms, and superb cuisine made my stay an unforgettable experience. Friendly welcome from our wonderful hostess who continued to do everything possible to ensure we enjoyed our stay. Excellent breakfast, vBeautifully clean and quiet.
