The owner had given a massive amount of thought to our comfort. She greeted us with afternoon tea and provided a huge breakfast, including delicious fresh fruit. She bent over backwards to meet my dietary needs - gluten free. The bungalow was a lot more spacious than we were expecting. We were sent on our way with more food.

Our hosts were exceptionally welcoming and everything we could possibly need had been provided. Attention to detail abounded in every room, loads of products to use and plenty of supplies in the kitchen. The garden area was lovely too.

Stayed here for Christmas! We had two of the ground floor apartments, they were absolutely perfect. Ideal location with the beach and town on your door step. The apartments were spotless and very well equipped. We had everything we needed. Picturs did not do the general living spaces justice. The living area is much bigger than it looks online!

Wonderful host who made us really feel at home within a home. Casual, fun, clean and just such a cosy environment. Met a lovely couple from France who were also staying there. We were there with our 2 year old and au pair and it was just the perfect spot for us in Torquay. Cannot recommend more!

Wonderful place! Easy to reach by car. Room was very spacious, well furnished, cosy and comfortable. Exceptionally clean, equipped with everything needed for a short stay (same for bathroom and kitchenette). Exactly like on the pictures provided. Lovely plants outside, native flowers (growing outside and in the room), and a bunch of rabbits in the courtyard. Good wifi. Fruits, cereals, jams, cheese, eggs, butter and yoghurt provided for breakfast, together with milk, juice, tea and coffee, not to mention deliciously fresh bread. Very friendly host. We will keep this stay in our Au memories as truly exceptional place.
