The Dragonfly Inn is located in a gorgeous heritage property that features a beautifully decorated dining room and lounge, with thoughtful touches like DVDs and complimentary port. We didn't really use the communal areas though, as our room Rosie was a comfy and cosy self contained unit with a kitchen and small sitting area that we were quite happy to stay in for all 3 nights of our stay. Our breakfast supplies were placed in the fridge - eggs, milk, juice, muesli, yoghurt, preserved fruits and a selection of spreads - more than enough for a hearty breakfast ! Check in and check out was simple and fuss free. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience!

Loved the rustic look shed with 70s decorations but all the modcons you need. Such a cozy little space that felt like you were out in the country. We loved the space and didn't leave once we had checked in.

Location is great near intercity bus stop for Devonport and Hobart. Walking distance to many places. Room is spacious and new. I ve got room no 6 ,which is next to the front door and street but I have no problem with the sound . You need to get access code via email for front door as well as your room to get in.(The owner will send you on your check-in date) .I have no problem to access my room since the method are explained very well. However, i was early Check-in but was lucky to meet the maid who could speak English. Soon I got code to access. Great choice to stay here!

Everything was perfect! beautiful tasteful rooms, wonderful bed linens and bed decoration, most polite helpful Susie, so pretty old victorian style house, atmosphere, the yummiest berry yogurt at breakfast and so freshly cut fruit salad, coffee excellent too, served in such a beautiful breakfast room, with the nicest balcony just in front. Excellent location, like just 2 minutes walk to a park where a french coffee place is. Our room was spacious, with a beautiful view. Coffee and tea and biscuits in the room. Highly recommend it.

We stayed here for one night before an early flight, so our experience may be a little difficult to other holiday makers. Regardless, the place is comfortable, clean and cozy with enough space to relax in. Kitchen area is well thought out. Shower worked perfectly. There's a massive TV to watch in the bedroom and the heater was perfect to make everything cozy. Easy to find, easy to get inside and easy to check our early. No complaints at all and could have happily stayed there longer under different circumstances.

In a prime location in the centre of Launceston, The Mews Motel provides free WiFi throughout the property and free private parking for guests who drive.

Location was excellent, close to town and amenities. The motel at first seems a little cluttered but on closer inspection it is full of lovely little touches of art, which makes it quite quirky. Added bonus was an outside area with cooking facilities. We did not know this was available when we booked. Very quiet area at the back of the hotel where you could sit and relax. Also secure parking with gate that keeps your vehicle safe. If you have been to Mona and liked it you will love it here. Sunny was so welcoming and extremely helpful. He made our stay special by being so lovely. Photos taken after our stay, beds were mad up perfectly before the photo.

Everything! Beautifully appointed, historic homestead. Delicious dinner setup for us in the library. Staff very warm and professional. 9hole golf course. can’t recommend it highly enough.
