The en-suited room was quaint yet modern with a nice combo of old and new. Quiet and great for a night or two. The host was friendly and helpful and room facilities were very good, especially the 'pretend' open fire which was a nice touch and worked efficiently. We had a roomy private bathroom directly opposite in the hall. The whole property is spacious with a large lounge. The original bar is the dining room and adds an original touch.
