Charming house, very comfortable and spacious room, delicious healthy breakfast with fresh fruit and home made muffins. Al and Sue were very welcoming, full of conversation, and made me feel like a part of their household for my brief stay. They helped me with places to eat, and even offered to pick me up from the bus drop off point when I arrived. The home was within easy walking distance of the theatres.

Very convenient to the town centre. Our suite was a good size with good facilities. Very close to the theatres on which AJ was a fount of knowledge. Breakfast was excellent although it was a "set" menu but it changes day on day. AJ is a bit of a chef.👍 AJ was very accommodating and helpful. All residents sit at the one table for breakfast so a good opportunity to chat to other guests on a wide range of topics. Breakfast lasted as long as guests wanted it to be, it was not a rushed affair.

The breakfast was amazing!! Fresh berries and Oatmeal. Smoked Back Bacon done on premises. Beautiful Crème Brule French Toast that was to die for. Fresh made cornbread. It was just delicious.

The location was perfect, as we wanted to walk and leave the car parked. The room was very comfortable and we were able to control room temperatures. It was a nice surprise to find half and half in the refrigerator and the coffee was very good.

Wonderful comfortable place with very friendly people running it. The oolong tea was especially appreciated! Excellent location close to the theaters.

Fabulous location, near the Avon Theatre and with all manner of restaurants really close. The room was lovely, although the sofa bed that my daughter had was less than entirely comfortable. Still, I would gladly stay there again.
