The hospitality was excellent. Muna and Lucien were fantastic hosts. Breakfast was plentiful and beautiful. The room was also excellent with a view of the castle. It's in the old town, so it's guaranteed you will have an awesome, genuine experience.

Excellent location! The bedroom is very large and light; excellent and large double bed plus a sitting area with a sofa and good cabinets for clothes and luggage. Very pristine and quite sizable bathroom with a good walk-in shower. Lovely view to the river, and a very nice restaurant downstairs - the personnel were delightful, smiling and very helpful.

A recently renovated guest house in Bern and within 700 metres of Bärengraben, artroom features free bikes, comfortable allergy-free rooms and free WiFi.

The location is absolutely perfect, with everything you need just a short walk away. What really stood out to me was the professional communication from the host. From the reservation process to the ongoing communication during the stay, everything was smooth and efficient. I had an excellent experience with my stay! it felt a lot like home, the Hostess was very Kind and generous, she had upgraded our stay to a beautiful suite! the Breakfast was amazing, the room was dreamy! excellent friendly service that made me want to go there again! To start, i cannot find the words to describe the view from the hotel. It was one of the best views i’ve ever seen in my entire life. The hotel is located up in the mountains but it is accessible by car and they provide Free parking lots. We received the check in information before our stay and everything was smooth. The staff are really friendly and professional. All facilities are clean. Although there is no fridge in the room, each floor has a common one where u can put your food and label it. You have also an ironing table to use in the lobby. The last day was sunny so we enjoyed our breakfast outdoors. You can enjoy the walk around the hotel. I loved waking up hearing the bells on the cows. I enjoyed my stay and I would definitely come back. Thank you.
