Loved this place! The staff and the owners are lovely people. There is a great garden area with trees and a lovely breeze. It’s situated close to the center and the docks, but still in a quiet area. It has solar power, so we didn’t really suffer from any power outages. Would recommend everyone to stay here!

This is a beautiful, restful place on the edge of the town (which is a lovely place but which does have Very Loud Music so it's good to be out of the way.) Carlos and Maricela are both extraordinarily kind and helpful. Maricela cooked wonderful breakfasts until she had to go away to Medellin, and then it turned out that Carlos was just as good as a cook. There are often power cuts in Capurgana, and a storm knocked out the WiFi but such problems were easy to accept at such a comfortable place.

Facing the seafront in Sapzurro, Cafe del Mar Sapzurro features a garden and a bar. The property has mountain and river views, and is a few steps from Playas Sapzurro.

Service was exceptional. We had the place to ourselves. Dinner and breakfast were amazing. Private beach location close to town and east to walk.

I spent a few days at Casa Alma and had a beautiful time. The place is located in a very quiet area, suited for those who want some calm in nature, far from the city. The ocean is a few steps away. There is free use of equipment to go scuba diving which allowed me to see many fish, including rays, as well as an enormous turtle! The people who run the place and work there are very kind, always there for a chat. We also went together to an event with live music in Capurgana which was really nice. The place is simple and comfortable, it has everything you need to sleep well, cook and relax. Breakfast as well as coffee all day long is included. If you need to go shopping or visit the city, you can choose between a 10 mins boat ride (20,000 COP/journey) or a 1+ hour walk along the sea, which is exhausting but part of the experience! There are many things to keep you busy in the area and there are 1-2 cafés/restaurants just next to the house.

After we finally managed to contact the owner via WhatsApp (was not easy, as we came from Panama and had no colombian SIM), we had a nice, simple room, at a very good price compared to the other places in town

Super place to stay. Really quiet and chilled with friendly staff. I really don’t think the photos on here did it justice, it was nicer than expected.
