We stayed in the Bungalow and it was amazing. It had everything we needed for a great base for our adventures throughout Drake Bay! Beds were comfy and the place was very clean and with thoughtful welcoming touches. The family that owns and operates Casa Horizontes were lovely and helpful and go above and beyond. Highly recommend!

We can conclude that this was our most amazing stay during our 3-week holiday. It was a gorgeous place: great rooms, amazing views, excellent food, and above all very friendly owners (and their cute dogs) that treat you like friends and were always ready to help with stuff. We highly recommend visiting Manolo!

Everything was perfect about our stay. The accommodation is spotless clean, with a spacious room and the cleanest bathroom I had in Costa Rica. It has a beautiful terrace which is lovely to relax and chill. The kitchen has everything you need. Breakfast is delicious and it includes pinto, coffee and fruit. The owner was very kind and helpful the whole time Highly recommended if you go to Corcovado and great value for money!

Everything. Sabrina and Edu are exceptional and kind hosts. We felt we were welcomed into their little slice of paradise. Location: Perfect for those who want to slow-down and reconnect with nature Service and Activities: Thanks for arranging tours and excursions as well as shuttling us around for a smooth and stress-free trip. The property itself has so much to explore and do from paddling to wildlife watching, to hiking, to exploring the local surroundings. Fantastic Food: Every meal was home-made with items from scratch some of which with ingredients directly grown and sourced from the property! Ambiance: Waking up every morning to the sounds of a living breathing wildlife sanctuary... what more can I say?

Nice place to stay with rooms with airconditioning, a short walk from the beach and restaurants. The owner Javier is friendly and was able to help us with booking our tours. He was also our tour guide in Corcovado NP on our overnight trip there. This was the highlight of our visit to Costa Rica. Javier is very knowledgeable and we saw tapirs, sloaths, anteater and many other animals. Our drive to Drake Bay was hard without a 4x4. Would not recommend. With 4x4 doable.

This place is amazing! The rooms are a very good value for price and the surroundings are just beautiful. Hammocks, greenery, birds... Kitchen is good too. Location is only a bit inconvenient if you have some mobility issues as you have to walk a few minutes to get to the center (uphill on unpaved road), otherwise, it is a nice walk and you can always get a taxi. There is no noise from bars or restaurants, so you can really relax. There is a shop selling basically everything right accross the street and a laundry service too. Everything else is close enough. Employees are the best! They provide the best information, are great at communicating everything even before you get there, and are happy to help with all bookings and reservations of activities and boat transport. I highly reccommend this place.

We have spent a wonderful time in Corcovado Mountain house. We came to Costa Rica to observe wildlife and this was the highlight of our three weeks trip. The hotel is next to the jungle and primary forest. We saw toucans, monkeys, and a lot of various animals all day coming to the garden of the hotel. If you are lucky, you can see tapir as well. Victor is a very friendly host and knows much about wildlife. He can offer you a jungle tour to see the waterfalls. It was the best tour we had in Costa Rica and absolutely worth the money!

Great spot, right at the beach. You can hear the waves at night. Ana and Gio are great hosts. They gave us nice advice about things to do. The co-living in the house went very smooth. The bed was very big and comfortabel. We slept downstairs. Ana was so kind to bring some forgotten clothes all the way to San Isidro. Thank you both so much :). Take care and hope all your plans will work out the way you wish.
