Sergio was extremely kind, helpful and very flexible. You have great views from the balconies where you can spot birds or read a book in the morning sun. A very relaxed atmosphere, very quiet place a short walk from the more crowdy centre.

Lili! She is amazing! She can organise all your tours and she is so smiley and lovely. She also does a fantastic breakfast included in the price. The rooms are small but have everything you need and given the price, they are great value. The house is only about 20 minutes walk outside town so it's easy to get to. The walk out of town is mostly downhill. You can drink the tap water here. The kitchen is great, fully equipped and with all equipment in good working order. Everything about our stay was perfect.

Clean, nice equipped and comfy bungalow with a stunning view into the nature. Jennifer and Jose are such lovely hosts. They prepared really good breakfast and dinner with fresh ingredients from the farm. The coffee tour was amazing and we learned many new things about their sustainable farm. Furthermore they helped us with planning our further trip.

The breakfast was delicious with a variety of fresh fruit and a choice of main dish every morning. The food was great and the service was excellent. The staff were helpful and friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. The property was secure. Our room was very comfortable and had lovely furnishings with a refrigerator and a kettle. There were several out areas on the grounds to sit and bird watch with lovely gardens and trees.

Haydee and Kenneth took very good care of us! Easy check-in, early breakfast to go out and enjoy the day, good recommendations on To-Do and restaurants. We forgot our diver certificates upon checkout. Kenneth mailed them the next day by express to our upcoming travel destination. I recommend staying here for an awesome Monteverde experience!

    Great location, great rooms, private and good beds to sleep in. Location was good, close to the small centre. Breakfast was good, fresh fruit and one day pancakes other days scrambled eggs. The personel is the best. Great reception from Jorge and Ro gave good tips and was very nice all dat around. Would very much recommend staying here!

    The hostel is run by a a charming and friendly family including Katrina the dog, Great breakfast and great location - minutes from the centre of Monteverde but also just outside the centre, meaning it was quiet. Great value for money and one of the best places we stayed on our trip. The breakfast pancakes are recommended too.
