Located in a private housing area. Really friendly and hospitable personnel. They don't speak english, but we managed to make everything happen. Delicious breakfast, feels like at grandma's house. Clean, spacious and comfortable room.

Although the restaurant is now closed it provides a very nice accommodation. A fully equipped kitchen, a great garden with a pool, a plenty of room, toys for the kids, easy parking. Children playgrounds in a walking distance. The place was quite cold even during very hot days, and also warm during cold nights. Very enjoyable.

From the smallest family penzion in the countryside to large 4-star hotels in Prague. And the H&M Penzion was one of my best experiences! :D A welcoming house in green residential area and a very clean room and good bathroom. Very friendly owners, super breakfast with fresh and high quality food and very good coffee! Well working WiFi and free parking on secure private ground. A perfect stay and I will stay here again, whenever in Brno!

Everything was great- we would definitely come again, really nice stay. An normal toaster (not for waffles) could be an upgrade for the studio and some salt/pepper/oil an extra plus but of course not standard, just saying as some more beneficial additions. And if you want to invest in a TV with some Netflix access, this would also some wow extra. But as being said, we had everything we needed and been really happy.
