The house is beautiful and the garden super peaceful, a gorgeous place to stay. The breakfast was delicious, home made eggs, fresh fruit, bread and juice served in the garden. There is a fridge if you want to keep your own food. The beach, city centre, shops and restaurants are all walkable distance. And Francia is super helpful and accommodating, she assisted us so much in getting a tour organized and even helped me to translate and communicate with my Uber driver

Lovely place to stay. Really close to the Airport. 5 minutes walk to the beach. Delicious breakfast. Rooms are super clean and quiet we had wonderful rest.

Everything was excellent, the receptionist was amazing with her customer service from the moment you arrived. The Security was always on point during the stay and the Breakfast staff were excellent, especially the young lady. Amazing place and experience, thank you Team, I'll visit again.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The house is beautiful, and Cristina is an amazing host who speaks Italian, English and Spanish. She made us feel at home right away. She cooks delicious fresh cakes every day for breakfast and, as vegetarians, we felt very well taken care of, with plenty of choices. Our room and the shared spaces, including the pool, were spotless. Another feature we truly appreciated was the presence of a hot/cool water dispenser, as we try our best to avoid buying bottled water. Last but not least, we loved the company of Cristina's sweet dogs and cats. Thank you, Cristina!

The Gaia hotel is managed under an Italian Dominican couple. For us it was one of the best hotels we met here. Everything was super clean. Here you can see and notice the influence of European style and leadership. The junior suite was really great. The whole building is modern and stylishly furnished. It is located in a quiet and safe area in Puerto Plata. The room girls are absolutely great and do a perfect job. Breakfast was prepared every day with love and passion. There are also shops nearby. We can unconditionally recommend this wonderful hotel to everyone. We will come here again to this beautiful place of peace and coziness. Thank you Marina and Donino and the whole team for a few wonderful days.
