Annie was an amazing host and was very nice to talk to! Also, the place I've stayed was super nice, clean and located close to the beach as well as the city center (within the walkable distance). Annie provided a very nice morning breakfast with pastries as well as there was a coffee available any time during the stay. I can easily recommend staying at this place.

Fabienne and Aimery were terrific hosts and we had a great stay. This was a great place to stay as the launching pad for 2 months cycling in France. Lovely breakfast, great pool area, very caring hosts, great view. We'd definitely return.

This is a great option for people who value a great location at a reasonable price. The building is located in the very center of the city, so you won't have to spend money on transportation. There are many grocery supermarkets nearby, and an excellent market in the old town where you can buy local produce. The beach is a leisurely 10-minute walk away. The apartment is clean and cozy, thanks to Philip, who takes great care of everything. I stayed in a double room and loved everything. I'll definitely be back!

the host was very flexible and accommodating. The apartment was really ideal causes located the right in the middle of nice you have everything you want around you so I will highly recommend it to everyone I would like also to take the time to thank the cleaner who made our room so quickly because we arrived early and we were so tired so we asked her if it was possible and she made it happen she was amazing. All the staff we meet were amazing. So thank you very much for making our trip so easy and comfortable.

Everything was amazing. The hostess is an wonderful and pleasant lady. The room is very comfortable. What’s more the apartment is well located near the train station and tramway station also. The beach is very close to the apartment.

Super lovely staff, very much a self-service type of place. Great common room to meet people. Room itself is basic but the AC works well, bathrooms are clean and never had to queue, and the in-house laundry was a great touch. I think the bad reviews are extremely unjust and done by people who had expectations of a hotel as opposed to a friendly guesthouse.
