Amazing cooked to order breakfast. I was in a small single room with shared bathroom which is perfect if you are on a budget. 10 minute walk to the train station and 1 minute to the beach, shops, busses, pier, arcades etc. There are also large rooms for families and couples.

Just a minute's walk to West Cliff Beach, Clacton-On-Sea town center and Clacton-On-Sea pier, The Sandrock has free WiFi. A full English breakfast is freshly cooked and served every morning.

The property was very clean and comfortable. The people were very friendly and very helpful. The location is ideal. Close to the beach and an easy walk into town.

The place was quaint, and ideal for somewhere to stay for a few days. It has everything you need for a comfortable getaway. We would return, no problem. Already we are telling our friends about the location and how we enjoyed our stay. It was very clean, and had everything we needed.
