We had a lovely stay for 3 nights. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Our hosts Billy & Kay catered to all of our needs and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Lovely breakfast served every morning. Easy access to a nearby train station. We will definitely be back in future!

Unusual location for a farm, being just off the motorway. Once you are used to the roads it is very easy to drive to either Edinburgh or Glasgow. Excellent room and breakfast. Good wifi and good price for Scotland. Despite the closeness, there is no problem with the traffic noise.

    It was in a conservation village, quaint and small but had sufficient parking. Compact, clean n tidy room with servicing done each day. The housekeeping services did a great job, refreshing the room each day with supplies. Nice place and good value for the price paid.
