the property is made up of traditional stone outbuildings, repurposed as accommodation. I stay in the one bed, one bath room, whenever I visit, but I know they do have rooms with a kitchen and lounge. The bed is comfortable, bathroom shower is a good size and tv and tea/coffee making is provided. nothing further needed for a solo or couple.

Charles is the perfect host, pleasant and polite! Breakfast is really good with traditional Ulster breakfast. Spacious rooms in beautiful surroundings in a beautiful house. Charles even offered to send some things that we forgot, we have never experienced such great customer service, we can’t recommend this place enough! It’s also not far from Belfast and really good value for the price you pay. Please consider staying if you are in the area, you won’t regret it!

Everything about the property. Truly unique and magical, especially with the winter decorations up - felt like I had stepped into a classic Christmas movie. I would love to come back for December sometime. The cinema room again surpassed expectations, great selection of movies including the one we requested. Jordan a polite host who explained use of the property very well and gave good recommendations. Area is very interesting being close to some of the reminders of the history of Belfast which enhanced the stay.
