Rooms were modern and a decent size. Breakfast was excellent! Loved the full English, toast and coffee/tea. Cereals, fruit and yogurt also available. Hosts are very friendly and helpful. Parking is easy.

Lovely and clean room, helpful staff, pub located in a beautiful surroundings. We also really enjoyed the breakfast, nothing was too much of a trouble - even our little dog got a free sausage! Would definitely go back if we will be back in the area. Not far from Manchester either.

A wonderful home from home guest house. I stayed one night to be close to the airport in readiness for my flight the following day. My cooked breakfast was freshly prepared and was nice and hot. Ann is a lovely hard working host that keeps everything tip top. I walked to the Bulls Head pub for a nice drink and evening meal. I will differently stay here again.

Though we booked a room of 13m2, the room size was good enough for our two big luggages. The onsite parking was also convenient. When we arrived the three space of the onsite parking was full. But the host was very helpful to sort out a parking space for us. There was a kitchen on the 2nd floor which was well equipped. All and all it was above our expectations. It was very clean, cozy and modern. The location was not far from the station and town centre. It’s about 10 mins walk. Tesco extra and Sainsbury’s were nearby. We highly recommend this hotel. 👍👍👍
