Room was very nicely decorated, we needed to bring an extra little person and they arranged an extra bed to be put in the room, Breakfast was excellent, it was very hot but fans were provided. Lots of little extra touches in the room that we did not use, but were appreciated

Located on a farm with sheep and a horse! Rooms were very nice. Offered delicious welcome desserts for new guests. Cool location near canals. A good place for a morning walk. Spoke to the owner, Very nice young lady!

It was lovely to meet Victoria and stay in Halday. Very welcoming and friendly throughout our stay, we had a lovely breakfast. Victoria was expecting us 😁 and gave a very warm welcome 🙏 The room was just what we needed. The bed was extremely comfortable. We are on route walking Lands end to John O Groats, so we appreciate an easy check-in and warm, friendly stay. Thank you, and good luck with everything.

The staff make this hotel special in every way. They are extremely helpful, cheerful and always fun to talk to. The room was large, the bathroom was on the same scale, lots of windows and, for those hotter days, an excellent fan. The dining room staff were as friendly, interested, and cheerful as the reception and bar staff. I highly recommend staying here.
