We loved it. Debbie made us feel welcome, as if we are old friends. The house is cute, the rooms comfortable, tidy, clean and well decorated. It is our favourite b&b on our trip. It’s perfect with many little things, that make it very special. Breakfast is a highlight with many many options.

The complete experience was amazing. It was sad that I couldn't meet Elizabeth due to personal issues, but her daughter was excellent, and they gave me a non-required compensation for the breakfast. I strongly recommend this lovely place to stay in their Scotland vacations.

Unusual location for a farm, being just off the motorway. Once you are used to the roads it is very easy to drive to either Edinburgh or Glasgow. Excellent room and breakfast. Good wifi and good price for Scotland. Despite the closeness, there is no problem with the traffic noise.
