Location was brilliant for us, family member in hospital, which took us 10mins in car, lowestoft was so near, bout 10mins in car again, so near for everything, highly recommend.

I liked the overall service of the guest house and the breakfast was spot on. Martin who co-ran the place with his wife was extremely helpful and willing to please his guests and make them feel as comfortable as possible. My room ticked all the boxes comfort wise and very clean. Good value for money for my 5 nights staying there.

This hotel is just perfect - I had a lovely comfortable room with a sea view. Excellent cooked breakfast. The hosts went out of their way to make everyone feel at home, e.g. by providing free beach towels. I would stay here again anytime. Excellent value for money too.
