The staff was lovely and very welcoming. The bed was so comfy just like being at home. Great location a quick 2 minute walk to the beach.

Location to town was great , easy parking out the back . Didn’t have breakfast there but I’m sure it would have been great . Lovely owners and great service , clean rooms 👍

The friendly, accommodating staff. Nice easy feel to the place. As a solo traveller, I felt safe and everything I wanted see and do was in close proximity. The shower was hot, good pressure too. Bed very comfy. Quiet place to sleep too.

Wonderful stay at Anchor house, a luxuriously comfortable bed, spotless room, huge bathroom, delicious cooked breakfast in the morning and very friendly owners. Excellent location just 2 minutes walk from the centre of the village and easy free parking. This places comes highly recommended - I'd stay again!

Great location just outside the centre. The bed was comfortable. The decor was pleasing. It's over a very cute pub which, thankfully, closed at 10 or 10:30pm each nice so there was no noise to keep me awake.

Nice friendly staff, very helpful and welcoming. Bar area looked very nice too and so did the outside seating area. Room was exactly what we wanted. Warm, cosy, clean and comfortable. Microwave, toaster and mini fridge, all added bonus. Perfect location for what we needed. We had family staying five minutes walk away. Will definitely return if available when we need it.
