This was the best place I have ever stayed in the UK. Paul and his partner did everything possible to make our stay comfortable and provide us facilities. What a fantastic location and property. Attentive and friendly host who made us feel very welcome. Beautiful characterful property. Lovely room with super comfortable super king bed. Quiet and peaceful. Close to pubs, canal, walks, aquaduct etc. Oodles of easy onsite parking.

We had a wonderful stay! The owner gave us a warm welcome and many useful suggestions. The room was amazing, large, super clean and with a superb view! Great shower. Really good and tasty breakfast. The location was perfect to visit the main sites. Would stay again!

The cowshed is in a stunning location up on the hill just outside of Llangollen. The road up the street is a little rocky so if like us you had a hire car you may want to go very slow. The room itself surpassed expectations it was beautiful! The bed was comfy, there were lovely chairs to lounge in and read and the terrace had a little table and chairs if you wanted to sit outside or have breakfast out there. The owner, was so friendly offering recommendations for food and they brought breakfast (croissants, toast, fruit, yoghurt and orange juice) which was an unexpected bonus. For me the highlight was the bath, it is a delight and a nice way to relax at the end of the day. If I were back in the area I would stay here again without hesitation.
