We recently stayed at this hotel. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a spacious and very clean room with everything we needed for a short stay. The room had wonderful views and a peaceful atmosphere for relaxation. Delicious and hearty breakfasts. Attentive and caring attitude of the hotel manager. We were very satisfied and recommend this hotel.

The location gives a wonderful view to caldera although sunset can't be watch from the suite. We had to leave early before kitchen was open so food was bring to us night before. It was a very generous breakfast and we enjoy it a lot. The room has a lot of facilities like steam bath , jacuzzi, Nespresso coffee machine.

My stay at the villa was simply exceptional! From the moment we arrived, the host welcomed us with warm smiles and professionalism.
