The room and bathroom were beautifully decorated. The shared lounge is spacious and the kitchen is well equipped. We didn't interact with staff in person but Rachel sent helpful instructions about the property and everything was clear. How do I begin to describe the exceptional service I received and stay I has with Ann and Leanne. From a last minute early check in to an upgrade of my booked room to offering a lift where they could and providing me with fans when I found the evenings a bit hot. Nothing was too much trouble. The place was immaculate. I know it’s said a lot but I really was a home away from home, only my home is rarely that tidy! I felt completely safe as a solo female traveller and can’t wait to return with my family and book out the place.
