This is a very nice place, in a quiet area, with beautiful mountain views. You can see a part of the glacier from there too. The staff is very friendly, breakfast is abundent and good, and the coffee, tea and hot chocolate are avilable all through the day. It's a 5-10 minute walk to the center of Hofn where there are a few nice restaurants. I don't think there is a better place to stay in this area.

Very comfortable room, very tasty breakfast, good restaurants are near the hotel. The stayed in for a night with 2 kids, everything was great!
