The location is stunning, the views over the Abruzzo mountains made you not want to leave the property! The room was spacious and comfortable for a family of four. The hosts were generous, warm and welcoming. The homemade breakfast, cakes and biscuits Stefania made each morning was delicious! It felt like a home away from home. Our children loved exploring the garden, Claudio and Stefania’s home was their favourite place on our Italy trip and we hope to come back one day. Grazie Mille!!

The location is lovely, right in front of the lake and the villa is a very traditional mountain hut with a lot of wood. Self-checkin and instructions from host were clear. The bed was very comfortable.

The house had only recently been fitted out to a very high standard and virtually everything was provided in our room including a very comfortable bed. Roberta provided a very good breakfast each day and helped us with her knowledge of the area.

The place is very well located in downtown Sulmona. A typical construction with stone walls, clean and comfortable. The owner of the B&B was very nice and friendly at my arrival and gave me good advices about spots to visit near Sulmona. I’m very happy with my stay at “Il Viandante”.
