Rifugio Palafavera...! The best rifugio in Alta via 1. We were having a tough time hiking when we visited Palafavera because of long rain walk and also because of my husband's sickness(tonsilitis). But arriving there, everything went well. The hotel facility was so good, we had a really deep sleep, and he recovered from the cold and had a good condition. Bed was really clean and shower facility was really clean and cozy. Even the dinner was really good. I recommend strongly alta via 1 trekkers to visit here and have a good rest of the middle of trekking course.

Lovely accommodation. Great food and amazing room and bathroom. Totally worth it. Staff are so sweet and kind. Felt like home. And amazing views from the accommodation. Will surely go back. It was my favourite one in my 1 week trip to dolomites. Definitely recommend this place. As it’s a good base in terms of location as well.
